What specifications or models can I choose from?
The customer material lists 1,000 stock SKUs. Send the fabric type and specifications you need so we can confirm current availability.
Can I request a different size, material, colour or finish?
Yes. Share your target specifications and a reference swatch or colour where possible; we will confirm the available customisation for that fabric.
Can you provide fabric samples?
Yes. Tell us which fabrics you want to evaluate and we can arrange samples.
Can you provide technical sheets or test reports?
Yes, supporting product information can be requested for the specific fabric. Tell us which documents you need.
What are the fabrics used for?
The supplied range covers linings for adult and children’s clothing and fabrics for bags. Suitability depends on the chosen fabric and application.
Do you support OEM or ODM requests?
Yes. Send your fabric, colour and application requirements so we can discuss the scope.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The stated starting quantity is 150 metres. Confirm the selected fabric and colour with us for an order-specific quotation.
Is volume pricing available?
Yes. Include the planned quantity in your enquiry for a quantity-specific quotation.
Does a quoted price include packing, freight and tax?
The prices in the customer’s source sheet do not include these costs. Request an itemised quotation for the applicable terms.
Can you discuss repeat-order or bulk pricing?
Yes. Share your expected order volume and schedule so the applicable pricing can be discussed.
Can pricing change with material costs or exchange rates?
Yes. Prices can vary with raw materials and exchange rates; ask for a current quotation before ordering.
Can samples be shipped?
Yes. Tell us the destination and fabrics required so shipment options can be confirmed.
Are samples charged?
Samples are charged. The sample cost may be offset against a later bulk order; confirm the terms in the quotation.
How long does sample preparation take?
The customer material states a sample lead time within seven days. We will confirm timing for the selected fabric and destination.
Can I approve a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Sample approval can be arranged before a bulk order proceeds.
What is the production lead time?
The customer material gives a usual target within one week after ordering. Confirm the schedule for the fabric, quantity and current production capacity before placing an order.
Can you handle an urgent order?
Expedited production can be discussed. Send the fabric, quantity and required date so feasibility can be checked.
Can I receive production progress updates?
Yes. Ask for progress updates when agreeing the order schedule.
Is there a quality control process?
Yes. Ask us for the checks relevant to your selected fabric and order.
Can a third party inspect the order?
Yes. Third-party inspection can be arranged; confirm the scope and timing before production.
Can I request an inspection or quality report?
